first of all, condolences from one "dingee" to another :). and i agree "deficiency motivation" is something one should never fall prey to. don't think that's ever been an issue for me though.
all the best for the rest of your decisions. you've got the entire blogging community rooting for you!

Sorry to hear that. I dont know what kind of people are getting in at Wharton this year. So many strong profiles have been dinged. I am on the Rd 2 waitlist and it probably doesnt look too good, another 2 months of waiting with a good chance of getting dinged :-(

Its really hard for me to believe that you got a ding from Wharton and were waitlisted at kellogg. Anyone and everyone who follows your progress through your blog, knows that you are gem. Why adcom cannot see that I wonder. Whichever way you look at it, great things are waiting for you.

About the R2 crap - yeah, it sure does look like R2 got way tougher doesn't it? That's what most frustrating about this apping process, you never really know

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)
